Questions buyers ask.
How is an identity counted?
Every human identity managed in your organization in a billing month counts. Non-human identities (service accounts, API keys, CI runners, AI agents) are mapped, enforced and audited free on every plan.
What is a unitoken?
A unified token of AI usage: every token the agent sends and receives on your behalf, counted the same way across models. AI usage costs 5¢ per 1,000 unitokens for human and non-human identities alike. Team includes 50,000 a month, Business 100,000; usage beyond that is billed at the same rate.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Team is $49.99 per human identity per year with a minimum of 3 identities; Business is $69.99 per human identity per year with a minimum of 25. Monthly plans have no minimum.
Does Sequrely hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification?
Not yet. The architecture is built to produce audit-ready evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls, and certifications will be listed on the Security page with scope and date as they are obtained. Ask for current status in a demo.
What does "in development" mean on this page?
A capability on the current roadmap that has not shipped. It is listed so you can plan; its status is shown on the Platform page and kept current. Nothing is charged for a feature that has not shipped.
Does the agent act without a human?
The autonomous agent is in research and is not part of any plan today. When it ships, it will act only inside the policy envelope you set and only for action classes you assign to machine-speed. Checkpoint actions wait for a named approver. Human-gated actions are never executed by the agent.
Where is data stored?
On Amazon Web Services. Vault items are encrypted on your device with AES-256 before they leave it, so what is stored is ciphertext. Region and enterprise data-residency options are available on request.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You export it first. Encrypted data is deleted after cancellation, and your organization’s audit trail is exported to you before deletion.
